OUR PEER REVIEW AND REGULATORY (PCAOB) INSPECTION

As an audit firm engaged in both SEC and non-SEC practice, and a member of the American Institute of CPA’s Center for Public Company Audit Firms, we are required to undergo every three years both an independent peer review (which consists of the most intense independent evaluation available of the effectiveness our system of quality control over our non-SEC accounting and auditing practice) and a regulatory inspection of our SEC audit practice by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).

PBTK is proud to report that for the sixth consecutive time (every time in the history of the Firm), we received report from our independent peer reviewers containing their opinion of our quality control system over our accounting and auditing practice provided us with reasonable assurance of compliance with all applicable professional standards. In addition, as a result of our recent inspection the PCAOB did not identify any audit performance issues or other adverse findings in its report.
