Howard B. Levy is the Firm’s Director of Technical Services providing technical leadership and support for our accounting and auditing (A&A) practice, in addition to being an internationally recognized authority, author and consultant to other CPA firms.

All industries served by the Firm’s A&A practice, including casinos and other gaming, leasing and equipment rental, real estate and construction, government and not-for-profit.

Public (SEC) and private company auditing, litigation support / expert witness (as to accountants’ malpractice matters), technical consulting to other CPA firms as to A&A, professional ethics and quality control matters directly and indirectly through Horwath International (HI) and DFK-USA, two international associations of independent accounting firms.

Consultant to the Nevada State Gaming Control Board’s Auditing Division and the United States Government Accountability Office (GAO), and former national CFO of The Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Association, Chairman of the Florida Institute of CPAs’ Not-for-Profit Organizations Committee.
