Richard H. Bowler is one of the four firm founders and is a leader in the firm’s governmental and not-for-profit services. His audit practice focuses on these industries, and his community service and pro bono work reflects his commitment to local charities and non-profit agencies. He also has taught governmental accounting courses at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and is a member of the Government Finance Officers Association.
