Piercy Bowler Taylor & Kern was formed in late 1990, the successor to the Las Vegas office of a large national firm. The Firm quickly rose to prominence among local firms, competing head-to-head with national firms under the direction of L. Ralph Piercy, Richard H. Bowler, Revelle Taylor, and Michael Kern, the firm’s founders.  We've grown from the four founders and 12 associates to over 80 full-time employees.
